The service during our nine-night stay was remarkable. Our family had a wonderful experience, thanks to Johnny, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

I loved that we were just a short walk away from the beautiful Sea Life Aquarium and a quick drive to the stunning Carlsbad Village, making our city walks so enjoyable. plus, the king bed was super comfortable, which made for restful nights after our exploring.

The location provides direct access to Legoland, making it super convenient for families. The pool area features a heated pool with a fun water slide, perfect for keeping kids entertained.

We faced issues with long wait times during check-in due to understaffing, which can be a hassle after a long journey. Also, while the on-site dining options have a nice atmosphere, we found the menu to be pricey and somewhat limited with few kid-friendly choices. Delays in housekeeping left us without fresh towels and supplies, and it was frustrating to see the gym equipment slightly outdated despite the hotel's overall new appearance.

Enjoyed my time here! The staff were welcoming, especially Hunter at check-in, who provided great local recommendations. Loved the Calamari at 7 Mile restaurant. The room was spacious and comfortable. Pro tip, Don’t miss the happy hour for discounts on drinks! Overall, a pleasant experience.

We had a fantastic time at the resort-style pool with a waterslide. My boys loved splashing around and it was such a great way to unwind after our day trips. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, giving us plenty of room to relax.

In my wife’s opinion, the check-in process could be smoother for families with kids.

The dining scene was a blast—7 Mile Kitchen served up some bomb fruit salads and local brews that'll have your taste buds dancing. Plus, the room was clean and the amenities hit the mark.

But I was bummed to see a tiny TV and no USB charging outlets, kind of a letdown.
